How it works

• The webhook provides invoice details.
• OpenAI formats them into HTML and email-ready text.
• The file creator turns the HTML into a PDF.
• The Drive node saves the PDF and returns its URL.
• The workflow logs all records in a Diaflow table.
• Finally, Gmail sends the email with the invoice attached.
